Reviewing Quiz Submissions and Feedback

The following article details how to access and review an assessment attempt.  Note that the information available when reviewing a quiz is dependent on what your instructor has chosen to release.

Please note that the course layout, steps, and screenshots shown below may differ slightly for your campus.

Quiz attempts can be reviewed through either the Quizzes page or within Content if a link to the quiz has been provided within a module.

Reviewing Feedback Through Quizzes

1. Go to the Quizzes area of your course, and then look for the exam you would like to review. If your instructor has released your grade and any feedback, you will see a link to the right of the title that says On Attempt. If the link is not present, your assessment has not yet been graded and released to you.
   Click the On Attempt link to open a listing of all of the attempts you have submitted for that assessment.
   
    
2. If any attempt shows "Pending Evaluation" in the "Grade" column, your instructor has not yet released the grade to you and there is nothing for you to review. However, if a score is shown, you can click the attempt number to access the assessment review page.
   
    
3. The page you are brought to will display whatever information your instructor has chosen to release. This may include your grade and some or all of the questions in the assessment. Any questions about what information you have access to should be directed to your instructor as they have full say over what they make available.

Reviewing Feedback Through Content

1. Access the Content area in your course, navigate to where the original link for the assessment was provided, and then click on the assessment title.
   
    
2. At the top of the following page, click the chevron next to the assessment title and select View Submissions.
   
    
3. If any attempt shows "Pending Evaluation" in the "Grade" column, your instructor has not yet released the grade to you and there is nothing for you to review. However, if a score is shown, you can click the attempt number to access the assessment review page.
   
    
4. The page you are brought to will display whatever information your instructor has chosen to release. This may include your grade and some or all of the questions in the assessment. Any questions about what information you have access to should be directed to your instructor as they have full say over what they make available.
