The SUNY Online Help Desk will have reduced hours on Tuesday October 4th.  Open hours will be from 7:00AM to 1:00PM and 3:30PM to 9:00PM Eastern time.

The SUNY Online Support Services Help Desk provides End User customer service and technical support for Blackboard and Brightspace Learning Management Systems (LMS) for more than half of the 64 SUNY colleges and universities across New York State.
The Help Desk also provides support to faculty interested in Open Education Resources (OER). You may also contact us if you are a school using Student Conduct Institute (SCI) services and have an account or password issue. Please use the links below to submit a request.Thank you.

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 am midnight (Eastern Time)
Saturday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (Eastern Time)
Sunday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (Eastern Time)
