When to Use System Admin Global ID Support: Please direct all Global ID support requests to the System Admin Global ID Support TD ticketing system for the following issues:
- Any Global ID API errors: Include correlation ID, last name, first initial, and DOB year.
- Inability to find/create a Global ID: Include correlation ID, last name, first initial, former last name, and DOB year.
- Name/record information updates: Include correlation ID, Global ID, and the necessary changes. If no Global ID is available, provide last name, first initial, and DOB year.
