Turning the Email Message Preview Pane On or Off

The following article details the steps required to turn on or off the email message preview pane.


Please note that the course layout, steps, and screenshots shown below may differ slightly for your campus.

  1. Click the envelope icon above the navigation bar and select Email.

  2. In the top right, under the navigation bar, click Settings.

  3. From the “Display Options” area, check or uncheck the “Show the Message Preview pane” option to turn the preview pane on or off.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
