We've documented the process of how to submit course files to the Open SUNY Navigator here.
On the lower right of this page you will find examples of how to format each Course Catalog File, Standard Course types and the overall example.
You can click the Request Service button to the right and fill out the form and attach your files. If you wish to email this request in you can do so by emailing SUNYOnlineHelp@suny.edu
